FAQ

Before you come in.

Direct answers for a first visit. If you still have a question, call or WhatsApp +91 81059 83999.

What should I wear?

Fitted clothing that covers the sides of the torso and the backs of the knees. The silk can pinch on bare skin. Avoid loose shirts and lotions before class. See our full what to wear for aerial yoga guide.

Is aerial yoga physically difficult?

It can be athletic, and it can be gentle. The class you choose sets the tone. Group and personal aerial sessions ask different things of the body. You can always come down. The hammock is a support, not a test.

What should I bring?

Grip socks if you prefer them, a water bottle, and hair tied back. We provide mats and hammocks. Leave jewellery at home. Visit the studio fifteen minutes early so you can settle before class.

How early should I arrive?

Fifteen minutes is enough. It gives you time to check in, meet your teacher, and get used to the room before class begins. We are in HRBR Layout, Banaswadi.

Do you offer workshops?

Yes. In-house workshops cover aerial yoga and BungeeFit at the studio. We also run workshops at venues elsewhere. Ask for the next date when you book.
