Coming to class.

These notes cover booking, cancellation, and practice at Sukha. They are studio terms, not legal counsel.

Classes are taught at 1st Floor, 6/1, 9th Main Rd, Chairman Layout, HRBR Layout 1st Block, Subbaiahnapalya, Banaswadi, Bengaluru 560043. Bookings are confirmed by phone or WhatsApp at +91 81059 83999.

Practice

Aerial yoga is physical. You practise at your own pace. Tell your teacher about pregnancy, injury, recent surgery, or anything that makes inversions unwise. This studio does not provide medical advice.

Bookings

Drop-ins and aerial packages are listed on the membership page. Packages are not a substitute for showing up rested and honest about how the body feels that day.

Cancellations

Call or WhatsApp +91 81059 83999 if you cannot attend. We will confirm the studio’s current notice window when you book. Repeated no-shows may lose a drop-in or pack credit.
